Many developers have taken advantage of this and have written various scripts to make web pages and devices do the Harlem shake. The tweak Harlem Shake on the BigBoss repository will allow your device to do the Harlem shake.

The tweak which is only compatible with iOS 6 will do the job perfectly well but has to be linked to an activator function by visiting the settings panel and adding to activator.
